Brook was winning every round until stoppage. Fantastic fighter. Fair win and good fight.i can't believe how tough Brooks chin is though. Wanted to carry on with a broken face lol. Ggg is a beast just they overrated him early on. He fought about 30bums then he struggles against top fighters. As soon as he goes against top contenders it's down to decision. He just doesn't have the skill so looks outclassed. With that chin and power, imagine if he had the skill of brook! He would be unbeatable

Like Hagler vs Hearns. Tommy Hearns went all out early on and hit him with huge clean shots that normally put guys out COLD, yet Hagler took them and then proceeded to beat the shit out of Hearns. It must really hurt your confidence in the ring when you're a power puncher and a guy can take your best shots and remain standing. Brook wasn't even that much smaller, he probably weighed within 5 pounds of Golovkin in this fight.

Possibly if Brook had a couple of MW warm ups he might have been ok and possibly if that punch had hit a different part of his face he might of been ok too. He definitely wasnt outclassed but as soon as his eye went every punch must have really hurt. No one can blame you moving more under those circumstances. Lets also not forget that GGG has blasted pretty much everyone in the MW div too so even without the jump up and eye he would have been up against it. I think both men came out with credit and the more people in his own div that GGG destroys the better Brooks performance looks. GGG would be top 10 in any era.

YES he lost but he was worned out and old as shit. Please do me a favor and STFU both brothers are legends no one will ever do what they did as long as they did. While lil Canelo 15 year old started pro at 147 and is about to fight kovalev for the 175 WBO belt. Anybody that thinks Golovkin was exposed by Brook doesn't understand boxing but gets too emotional in thinking that their favorite fighter had a chance of wining a fight that clearly was one sided and that the inevitable knockout was coming, make no mistake it was lion vs tiger, predator vs prey, the damage was done broken orbital bone and we hope no permanent damage was done, 23 straight knockouts no loses never been down in a fight, undefeated, the numbers don't lie, no wonder is so hard to get fighters to get inside the ring with this animal, right Canelo??

I hope he gets to fight Canelo, so he can prove his spot among the GOATs, otherwise his legacy will be a huge disappointment next to his talent.

Both fighters came into this bout undefeated. It must be assumed brook felt his own surge of invincibility running through his fists as he met golovkin with equal intent and big shots. GGG iceman tenacity stood taller when it counted and his relentless ability to keep delivering after receiving surpassed brooks resolve. Fact that brook sustained a perforated eye injury put a halt to a great match up

@stevejohnson5478
@stevejohnson5478 7 жыл бұрын
To be honest with you bruv I think he will get knocked out like all the rest, Canelo is a half decent boxer and defo one of the top fighters in the division, plus what he did to Khan was fucking hillarious but putting bias to one side and looking at fight records etc, there aint many with a record like Golovkin. Out of 375 fights Golovkin has never been knocked down (proves his chin is good) KO'd 92% of his opponents which puts him at the top there and proves he can punch, and technically he bloody good too, everytime driving his opponents into the corners or onto the ropes and taking them apart. I thought/hoped Brooke might of lasted, I didnt think the weight issue would be that much of a disadvantage for Brookes because of how good he is. After the fight GGG said his punches were not that hard, "it felt like sparring" he said, and I dont think he said that out of disrespect either, I believe he said that because thats how it felt to him. When GGG first starts clumping Brookes he is hurting him and you can clearly see that. The only time I have seen boxers hold their own against him is when they can hold the middle of the ring, Murray is a good example of this when he held the centre of the ring GGG wasn't as effective plus Murray got some decent shots in too but he couldn't hold the middle and Golovkin drove him into corners or against the ropes like he does with everybody. If Canelo can hold the centre of the ring there is a small chance as he is a promising fighter but he isn't good enough and neither is anybody else, the facts are there. It will be a long time before GGG loses a fight but I rekon he will retire unbeaten. I am not a GGG fan either I am looking at the facts and what he has done in the last 36 fights in which he has knocked out 33!! I mean ffs and the other 3 were too bust up to finish. The fighters havent been bums either he has beaten some decent boxers. Anyway 2 things can be clearly seen here. 1. GGG has facts to back himself up with. 2. Taking "energy pills" then reading you tube comments is a clearly bad idea........... love and peace xx
