A Spartan-II are more stronger than a Gear. Even a 14 year old freshly augmented John-117 killed 2 ODST's before even getting his armor. One ODST was punched so hard his heart STOPPED, John punched him so hard that the guys heart just flatlined, tge other ODST got his skull caved in. The MJOLNIR would only increase his strength albeit a little since there would be limits.
