Pavel Bure is the reason I started watching hockey. My Grandpa was always a Canucks fan and came from a Russian background. He was normally reserved and quiet. I remember being six years old watching hockey with him in the basement during the 1994 Stanley Cup playoffs. That was the first time I saw him get so animated. That 1994 run was absolutely incredible and Bure got everyone out of their seats as soon as he touched the puck. My Grandpa used to tell me so much about Bure and the rest of the Canucks. I am surprised I still remember so much of what he said. I'm biased based on being from Vancouver and having a lot of sentimental memories but I truly believe Bure has been the most exciting player to watch in my lifetime. I wish his health held up. He was putting up monster seasons during the clutch and grab era without much help a lot of seasons. Thanks for the video. I enjoyed watching.
