I was curious if you even use the 3 pre-set tabs at the bottom of the first talent page? If so, why didn't you mention them in the video? I personally find them extremely useful, in order to have different, specific talent load-outs, ie. Tab1 - skilling load-out (chopping, catching, mining, fishing, etc.) Tab2 fighting afk Tab3 Active/Boss fighting Combined with the card presets, I find that they make the game more streamlined and much easier to both play and enjoy.

I do use the Talent presets on my characters, mostly for the same reason as you described. I tried to keep the focus of this video being about a combat talent build, but I will pin this comment to increase visibility. I really hope Lava will give us access to the 3rd preset soon though!

Only some of the attack skills for each class give the hidden AFK kill multiplier, and there are skills that are more effective than others - Crazy Concoctions gives a larger multiplier than Auspicious Aura.

I'm new to the game and I found a lot build lv up Gilded Sword or Sharpened Axe and I don't get it. What about Wis, it boosts dam and mana to cast spell, why you prefer dam on weapon with GS and SA than Wis, please tell me :(

Weapon power scales better than wisdom for damage until much later in the game. Monster damage is calculated after all the other bonuses, so you will gain +% damage after all your other damage sources are calculated.

when you reach mid world 3, around 80 lvl mana will not be an issue anymore you will be able to spam spells even without points in mana/wis because of the wis fro your equipments and extra mana from stamps and other sources meanwhile you can use the frog/goldfish card and mana pots to help that is only if you play actively ofc, offline/afk dont need mana kills/hour in offline increase with: *damage(will reach a cap in every map and after that it will not increase kills/hour more with damage) *attack talents(test how many points needed untill you reach a cap(its different cap than the one in damage), must be assigned in attack bar to count) *100% survivability (defence or food) *+afk gains rate for fighting(from talents and other sources)

The main post office boxes that affect Shaman are Civil War Memory Box, Deaths Storage Unit, and Myriad Crate. Secondary boxes that can be useful are Science Spare Parts, Potion Package, and Magician Starterpack.

first question: Regarding respecing, my shaman is lvl 56ish, would it not be better to max overclocked energy before gilded sword? I have 256 max MP and the total bonus I get is 200%. Gilded sword maxed out only says 100%. Is there a different calculation I am missing? Second question: Sharpened axe is flat weapon power, and gilded sword is percent damage. In the video, you say to start with gilded sword over sharpened axe, but what about from super early on? Is flat damage not better when you have lower damage? When is that break-off point? Third thing: God, I wish there was a simulator where I could just plug and chug all day, I crave max efficiency! Thanks for a wonderful guide btw!

The main issue with maxing overclocked energy comes from where you get your max mana from, its more points invested in MP Talents, Gear, Alchemy, and so on. Early game its harder to scale it up enough to get more benefits. It has a bigger bonus, but harder to capitalize on. Other than that, Gilded Sword gives % to "All Damage" so everything gets multiplied by its bonus. There is a break point when Overclocked is better, however I am not sure of the exact point. My experience though is that by the time overclocked energy is better, you should have enough talent points for both. Gilded Sword is better because it multiplies all damage, which means your damage from stats such as wisdom, attack speed, and weapon power all give more damage. You can make a Starlight Staff fairly on which gives 23 base weapon power and can be upgraded to 29 Weapon power or more. It would take at least 116 talent points into Sharpened Axe to get 29 Weapon power. So with 100 talent points in Gilded sword you gain 100% to all damage vs 116 talent points to just double weapon power.

At lower levels you can still follow the priority shown in the guide, but you may get better results if you spread your points out according to the priority instead of maxing one talent before moving onto the next. You could try 30-40 points in Gilded Sword and Sharpened Axe, and then putting 10-20 into Overclocked Mana and Book of the Wise. For your active skills, you always want to make sure you have at least one point into each in the early game until you have enough points for other things. It is almost impossible to say what the best set up is at any one point because everyone has different progression, gear, and total number of talent points.

Man, tf u on about? How is this early to mid? WIth my lvl 50 char, doing this build from the normal wisdom spells build i had, i went from dealing about 2k dmg per spells, with constant spells, to dealing 300 dmg per basic attack. Horrible build for early

There are a few things to help you out - Leveling up your different skills such as Mining, Choppin, and Smithing will give you 1 talent point per skill level. Crafting better weapons/armor as you can, to give you more base stats and weapon power. Continue leveling up, as you get to around level 100, you will have enough talent points to make this build more effective. Before you reach level 100, the main difference is balancing talent points between Gilded Axe, Sharpened Sword, Wisdom, and Agility(for Accuracy). A question for you, are you primarily playing active or AFK(offline)?

Brother, that is not the problem here. The problem is that you titled the video as a build for start which with all due respect is bs. Around level 50, which is basically the start, with level 20 for chopping trees and about 10 for mining on that character, you just dont have enough points to make this work in the order you had in the video. For you with 900 points it might work, but when you barely the points u get till level 50, this build order is tragic. I had to reset again and go on wisdom and overcloked, cause with the points i had about this level, it was a HUGE downgrade.
