I interpreted the transition as, after he drank the blood again, Dark John took over, and he got up, changed clothes (possibly magically), and put the comms back in. Same body, different mind.

Ever since the Fountain of Imperium episode, Matt Ryan's performance has just been *phenomenal.* He's always great, but he's been preternatural -- literally! I'm going to miss Constantine when he's gone, but I honestly think Matt could play anyone and I'd enjoy it.

I think this might be one of the best episodes of the whole show. Really well shot, gave more depth to John's addiction and Bishop, the pacing was fairly solid, just an all-around great experience.

Good episode imo. I liked the main plot with Bishop & Ava and “who’s playing who” angle they went with…I had been wanting an interaction between those 2 since we found out he created her and the rest of the clones (Raffi Barsoumian and Jess Macallan had good chemistry with the former continuing to be a highlight imo). Speaking of highlights, Matt Ryan killed it aswell as Constantine’s dark magic addiction grew worse though I am a bit confused about what happened at the end… Has his dark side grown stronger and become its own seperate personality like Jekyll & Hyde or was it more of a literal take on his addiction fully overtaking him?.

And again. This is why I say that Legends is still my favorite arrowverse show. They just hits you with every feelings and makes it so good. John literally battling his demons and loosing shows how much magic really is a part of John and he’s nothing without even if he tries to go good. I hate that Sara lost to bishop in a fight. My girl literally fought almost everything being and lost to a clone but hey I guest plot

I gotta say I really do not want Bishop to stick around. You couldn't trust him. Plus it would turn into the Bishop hour; I like the captain(s) we already have. Also, I prefer Zari 1 but as long as Tala is a Legend, I'll be an audience member.

I think Dark John and Normal John are two personalities that have become so separate that Dark John acts on his own, like a possessing demon. Dark John forcibly took over when Normal John was weak from withdrawal. Normal John very well may have been beaten up as bad as he had *THEN* when Dark John took over: he healed the wounds and changed his clothes.

Matt Ryan isn’t likeable as Constantine, he seems like he is ok actor, but I didn’t like his acting’s choices since day one (tried to watch his own show and dropped it) and his character bores me to death just like Zari 2.0, Behrad, their over the top personalities and acting seem ridiculous and annoying, just hope this “Constantine show” will be over soon and his next character is better and less involved, also hope we get back Zari 1.0 for good. I miss an old cast and characters, especially Ray and Charlie, it used to be a better show. I like Astra and Bishop though.
