I had LCP when i was 7 back in 1992. The sad story that here in Lithuania no doctor knew why I had pain in my left hip. They could not see any changes in joint on xray photos. I was living almost 1 year with pain in my leg till i could not walk. Then already with visible joint change in xray i've been diagnosed with that desease. So : 1. I was 7 y.o. 2. During that period i had intensive training on latino dances 3. My father had the same pain in the same leg when he was 6 y.o. But back then no one knew here that desease and he was just given a lot rest and no physical activity. On his 50s he had this joint replaced. So your mentioned causes of lcp is quite good!
