J'ai adoré cette série c'est incroyable je vous assure que ce que l'on voit à l'image représente en quelque sorte ce que certains humains peuvent ressentir évidemment c'est filmé c'est imagé c'est des ressentis qui sont mis en image mais c'est franchement incroyable je conseille cette série à toute personne qui croit en la puissance psychique du cerveau mais tout ce qui peut aller au-delà de la réalité ça paraît complètement fou d'écrire ça de dire ça mais je vous assure que c'est vrai c'est tellement réel pour certaines personnes cette chérie est incroyable vraiment incroyable magnifique .....

I am in no way doing or presenting anything that is deceptive, and/or infringes on any copyright(s) or laws, as this video contains content that uses other individuals' content, and am claiming no right to any of it." Obviously that's kind of paraphrasing what you can/could put as a disclaimer to protect what you wish to upload, depending on what it is of course.. You probably don't have to be that thorough or precise in wording, though, but precision definitely helps and makes it look very legitimate, forcing yt or fox or whatever to back-off and let you do what you want, so long as you aren't leaving out the details and disclaimer that is likely required to monetize the video, which I know you were/are trying to do, otherwise fox wouldn't have taken it down. You can't just make money off of content that is 100% Not Yours and leave out the fact that you own none of it and have no rights to the content directly, otherwise you're just asking for problems legally.
