I way overpaid for this 2-pack a few years ago. Always wanted it but it’s demanded top dollar pretty much from the year it hit the shelves. Hurts to watch that beautiful packaging shredded but couldn’t agree more with your commentary. If I was only allowed to have two wrestling figures these would be my choice hands down.

To be honest, I struggle to get into modern wrestling. I was into WWF in 1988 to about '92. The weird thing is that when I started watching it again, it was around the Monday Night Wars time. I remembered thinking "What's all this NWO stuff? What's up with Hogan? What's so great about this Stone Cold Steve Austin? I thought wrestling had become modern, and lost its magic. But compared to wrestling today? .... I look back at those Monday Night War days as the good old days. ..Having to watch a 15 minute segment of Roman Reigns, reprimanding Jey Uso for 'letting down the bloodline' - As Jey sheepishly looks at his shoes - and watching this same scenario, week, after week, after week.... Made me think "Why am I torturing myself with this?" So nowadays I usually fast forward over %70 of the mens stuff, and just watch the women......I miss the days when wrestlers looked like legitimate tough guys and bikers, rather than cosplayers. - Of course, the lack-lustre writers need to go too.
