Monsters, some of you are making confusion: Legion of the Damned plays Death/Thrash Metal since their last two albums in the Occult years (the band was called Occult between 1992 and 2005): Rage to Revenge, released in 2001, and Elegy for the Weak, released in 2003 (this is so truth, which Elegy of the Weak was relaunched in 2008 and renamed Feel the Blade, now under the name of Legion of the Damned). However, in the first three albums under the name of Occult the group played a sound more focused on Black Metal with some Thrash Metal features, indeed. Listen to the album Of Flesh and Blood, released in 1999: it's basically Black Metal with some Thrash Metal aspects.

Even because under the Legion of the Damned banner they would start to play a music more focused on Death/Thrash Metal (to be honest, I think the last full-lenght released under the Occult banner, Elegy for the Weak, launched in 2003, was already more focused on Death/Thrash).
