You could announce a special game mode or map if you hit 100k, incentivise people to subscribe and I bet you'll get there sooner. A KZbin poll could even work in this regard and help get people engaged, give list and let people vote on what they'd like to see on a special 100k sub video, just as an example.

i know it's been 2 months but happy new year nonetheless! also, if you still want to play mount and blade 2:bannerlord, and want to know how to persuade vassals (clans) into your kingdom, you may want to follow these steps; (not in order) -Keep your relationship with the said clan above 20 (higher the relationship is, better your chances of persuading them) -The vassal you're trying to persuade, shouldn't have too many (2 or more) fiefs (castles, towns). If they have none, you have a pretty good chance of recruiting them outright, without having to pay them -Your kingdom needs to be stronger in terms of landmass, troop count, troop quality, and finances than the kingdom of the said vassal's. Also, if the rival kingdom is doing badly, or on the verge of being eliminated, the vassal's loyalty towards their liege will waver, increasing your chances of success -Lastly, you also might need to pay the vassal, to persuade them to join you. The more fiefs they have, the more money they will ask. The amount can differentiate between half a million and even 3 millions (that's the most I've seen anyway) If you think that this is all too much (and I wouldn't blame you), you could stay as a vassal in an already existing kingdom until your liege eventually kicks the bucket, resulting in a 'vote' for a new monarch. If you are the richest, most influential and have the most amount of fiefs and military strength in your kingdom, you should (almost always will) be elected as the new ruler, keeping your fiefs, troops, money AND having all those other clans without having to recruit them from scratch (you still can change the kingdom's name, banner, policies, etc.) I hope this helps and encourages you to give the game another try. Also, thanks for these Legion TD videos, I've just started watching them, and they are kind of fun not gonna lie.
