I feel like some of these stretch the definition of a "secret" Rooms is a secret, since it's off the beaten path and requires you to backtrack, alongside bringing 2 lockpicks and a key. The alarm clock isn't a secret, it's literally on the desk and can be found if you are a loot goblin. The basement in the courtyard? I will give you that one, it requires you to explore for a bit in a room that had nothing before the update.
