Had never heard of Tony Pollard until Dallas drafted him. But when I watched his highlights I saw how good he was. Never heard of Deuce Vaughn until Dallas drafted him. Now after watching his highlights this dude is without a doubt the best RB the Cowboys now have. He will reek havoc in the NFL.😎

He wasn’t used properly in his rookie season and now he’s on some lists as boom or bust. But all I see is BOOM 💥 when I watch Deuce. He needs the ball in open space, like screens, hooks, pitches, following a QB’s pitch, passes in the flat, K.O.’s, etc. There are plenty of ways to properly use that kid but after watching him at school, I can’t believe that he doesn’t have the talent to be, at the very least, a RB who’s an above average talent. The ONLY thing he needs to learn and improve on is picking up a blitz and regular blocking, although I’d try to keep him away from that. But if he’s able to add a little weight every offseason, then by his 4th season, he should be a muscular bowling ball!

He's so dynamic 🥴🥴 elusive as hell and you can see that he has real vision and he keeps his legs moving especially when defenders think they have him. We had a super short but fast and stocky RB when I played LB, and I absolutely hated trying to tackle him. I was bigger and stronger, but couldn't get low enough to stop that dude unless I had an angle on him. He put the hurt on me several times, and that was as a team mate during practice! When they come right at you, it's tough. I hope he can find success in the NFL, it's definitely possible so don't count him out just for his height...this may have been a major steal getting him so low.

I highly doubt any team in any situation at RB will ever give this kid a full load of carries, only because of his size, but in college, he was a lil WORKHORSE, both in the run, and the pass. Its going to be a lil more difficult for him with less touches and better defenses, but hes so seasoned and so good, I think hes going to make plays in the NFL. GREAT pick in round six.
