Its basically always theoretically possible to cheat on offline games. All it boils down to is reversing the executable, finding key methods and inserting your own custom code at runtime via OS apis that are not preventable.

Hi I need some explanation of that silent aim. Like we do set first our ‘propper’ viewAngle and then in aimbot we do set ‘cheated’ viewAngle. Like the propper is remembered in program or it’s other offset than client.dll + dwViewAngles. Yes, unfortunately this specific tutorial will only work on CS:GO and potentially other Source engine games (TF2, GMod, etc...)

No, this only works on Source Engine games. Other game engines have completely different architectures and mechanics.

At 24:40 you say that it will hit whoever you’re closer to. Based on the previous code this is inaccurate. It will hit whoever is earlier on the player list that still is in your fov as you iterate through.

wrong, it goes by whoever has the lowest distance from his view angles since it iterates through and sets the variable as it goes and only sets it when fov < bestFov, then bestFov is set to fov

Yeah, perfect silent hasn’t been a thing since like 2k15. These days you shift the tickbase to get “flickless” silent aim, but this is as close as you are going to get without too much work. Use a low fov with some smoothing and it won’t be blatant to OW viewers :)

C... yes. Rust? I'm not so sure, Rust might break ABI. Externally though, you can use whatever you want.

For example, if you compile the same code with a brand new compiler and a very old one, theoretically, they should be compatible. This is because the C++ standard committee tries not to "break" ABI by changing the way the language works. But... I don't think the Rust developers made it a priority to make Rust binaries compatible with existing or legacy C/C++ applications (though I might be wrong). In essence, a .dll file compiled from Rust code might not be compatible with the already-existing game code compiled for windows in C++, this is why it is better to use the same language and compiler (if you can) as the game you are trying to make cheats for, in order to ensure compatibility. Hopefully that makes sense, cheers!
