I personally like it against characters that have a lot of sustain, i.e, akali, sylas, kassadin. The exception being yas cuz shield. Otherwise I go elec vs zed, syndra, xerath, etc...

Yeah he outranges. Try to trade quickly with just Q or full combo with charm + Q + w if possible.
