It's amazing, really is, and I appreciate how credible it is to be in Forbes from its stature and the checks they do. And very very well deserved too. Would love you to break down the article and your views about giving back, faith and growing a business. I'd also love to know about how people like me (a later in life entrepreneur) can do it. It's only something I really felt a few years ago. Is it possible if it wasn't 100% in your blood as a kid? Is it realistic? So only a few questions in here - haha.

@@JonPenberthy No way, I don't believe it... you were a trouble maker at school?! Haha. Just read the Forbes article Jon and so much resonated with me. In fact, it has given the renewed motivation to pursue my ambition to create my own successful business online - I confess to having lost motivation in my pursuit of it in the last month so thank you! I was always a source of frustration for my teachers. My parents would get the usual, 'he's capable of so much, if only he could concentrate!' I always look back at school and consider I drifted through it. I carried on to A-Levels, then to Uni but I was never fully invested in it. I always harboured dreams of running my own property empire or some other form of business. Like you, inclusivity, respect and strong team ethics would be the foundation of my workforce! I started off selling a few personal items on eBay. This opened my eyes to the value of things which led me on to bulk buying Lego and Star Wars toys then selling them individually for profit - sound familiar? I clearly didn't last as long as you however. I eventually accepted my fate as being employed as opposed being my own boss and I have been in my current career for the best part of 15 years. Buying our home, getting engaged - not married after 8 years of being engaged! - and having kids has just taken over my life. Despite all this, people have always said I continue to have my head in the clouds and I'm never fully focused. I know exactly why and it’s about time I did something about it! Eeek..that was a bit of long reply! Sorry about that.
