Indomie mi goreng is such an underrated instant noodle around the world. People like shin cup, maggi noodles or those generic Japanese/Korean instant noodles. But those noodles are actually so plain when compared to Chinese/thai/vietnamese/malay/indo/Singaporean instant noodles. My favourite way to eat indomie mi goreng is boil water, soften the noodles then set aside. Heat up a pan, Asian style fried egg but still runny yolk, pan fry some dried tiny tiny sardines/archovies but sprinkle some sugar so it balances the salty taste. Heat up another pan on low heat, add in the noodles and mi goreng seasoning and sauce and mix well. Now put the seasoned mi goreng into a bowl/plate and top up your bowl/plate with the fried egg (I like to do 2 eggs) sprinkle the sweet and salty fried sardines/anchovies, sprinkle in some seasme seeds if you want to be extra and there you have it, the best instant noodles! AND always have a bottle kecap manis (Indonesian sweet soy sauce), jizz worthy ingredient in everyone's pantry Edit: when you just want to share your recipe but people are fighting over an ingredient :')
