It's a superb video - actually this reflects modern cruise ship construction, but is not how Titanic was built. Her hull was built up frame by frame on the slipway, and then steel shell plating was applied before the hull was launched. The superstructure was added on top during the 'fitting out' stages after the hull was launched.

All the photos you see are of the Olympic which was extensively photographed basically being the golden child of the White Star line. Before the Harland and Wolff documents were uncovered, there was no proof Titanic had a three or four blade center propeller. We just assumed it was the case because Olympic and Britannic had one. Now, the evidence is here and we know the truth.
