the Anakin with cape is from the 9515 Malevolence, the set came with two capes, i assume it wasn't meant for Anakin and one was for Dooku, but it's nice to see i wasn't alone in putting the extra cape on Anakin with that set instead of wasting it.

Just an fyi (even tho others have said it) the custom padawan is Rowan Freemaker. he comes in 4 sets, the StarScavenger, the TIE Tracker, the Eclipse Fighter, and the Arrowhead. He also comes in a lego star wars advent calendar from like 2021 i think.

On bricklink they list the figure that way. Arvel Crynyd is listed in the title as well as A-wing pilot. Not sure if that counts in your book but with Bricklink being a partner of Lego I think it’s Arvel
