What do you guys think of the format? Would you like to see more of a review format? Only the speed build? Or leave the video format as is?

Im new to Lego builds. I pre-ordered the Red Bull F1 shipping in March 2025. Can you give me some tips on building these sets? I saw what looked like tweezers while applying stickers. I also read a brick-puller is a necessity. Any other tips? Should i start with a smaller build? Anything you can offer would be great. Personally, i like the speedbuid immediately followed by your analysis 👍🏾

Yes, over the years I've found that tweezer for the stickers work quite well. I know some people that use a x-acto / hobby knife for the stickers. I'm a bit too clumsy for such a sharp knife, so I opted for the tweezer. Also a brick puller is a must too. Some of the larger LEGO sets have brick pullers in them, so luckily I've hadn't had to buy one. But if you haven't found on yet in your sets, pick one up from amazon. They are a few bucks. Starting out, either start with the smaller sets or jump directly into the Technic sets. I actually find the smaller Technics to be easier to build and the instructions are generally better IMO. But honestly, there is no right or wrong way to start. Just start building and enjoy! 😁

too many people bash on stickers while its a fundamental part to add details where you cant. we cant see custom pieces everywhere (and i mean also printed ones), in every set... they already cost so much... shaping is far more important, but people dont understand this

100% agree with you regarding "adding details where you can't". But you can create the shaping with printed pieces as well. LEGO makes billions from us. What I'm advocating for simply more printed pieces, especially from a consumer satisfaction standpoint. I don't mind adding 4 or 5 stickers. But 20+ is a bit much! Having to surgically apply that many stickers becomes frustrating after a while. Heck, I'm even willing to pay an extra $1 if it means less stickers. 😁

I noticed 4 sheets of stickers on the larger F1 builds. Maybe this is just how they decided to design their sets.

@@one-mmog Thanks for the heads up! I actually have a larger F1 build slated for later this week! 😬I've just accepted my fate at this point! 😅
