Yep but both flags were wrong for the time of the battle. The stars were never added on to the American flag till 1777, instead it had the Union Jack on top left of flag. and St Patrick's cross (red cross along the Scottish St Andrew's cross) were not added to the Union Jack until 1801.

Great video! Only thing that looked a bit out of place was the Shako hat (Hungarian hussar wore them first) the British fifer wore; they were not commonplace in armies until the start of the 1800's/19th century.

What' "1800s", firstly, most foreigners don't get it when we mangle thousands into "hundreds" like that, it needs to be explained to them why only we do that in English and especially Americans instead of counting in the normal way as taught in school. In history that is referred to as the 19th Century. Americans now go on about so many hundreds for a century in recent times only because they're too fucking lazy and stupid to calculate back and state what century it was, like they do in all other languages, except for in the dumbed down US dialect.

Funny thing; I've also come upon some people thinking the 19 in 19th century must mean it's actually the 1900's :P. Thankfully a lot of people (on both sides of the Atlantic) understand both representations.

Just to clarify at bunker hill it was a British victory but we weren’t losing men like crazy ? The infantry took losses upon the advance but before lines broke marines formed a charge taking the hill loosing little to no men whilst inflicting a lot of damage to the Americans, overall 282 soldiers died

This is very good but the union jack did not include the red stripe on the white x-shaped cross until the early to mid 1800s.

Your'e correct but the American flag should have the Union Jack on top left instead of the blue square with white stars which were not introduced until a year after signing of the declaration of Independence in 1777.
