Missed and wasted opportunity. Nevertheless it's better to do something than nothing. 50% of parts budget gone to MBS .. placement of most locations wrong not in sequence. OCBC is either light grey or off white . Could have given the opportunity to create a bay between mbs and city center where a little spot for Merlion . Given 80% stay in government flat , the unnamed building could have easily been a old school 25 floor point block using 4- 6 garage door brick with window print to create a H shape . Probably buy and remodel everything.
