I pick at my skin as well. It's so hard not to. I try to remind myself that people get MRSA and stuff from picking too much, but it's hard to stop 😭

I did have a MRSA scare on my temple one time… but I sTILL catch myself picking every now and then. it’s hard to stop but you’re not alone and growth is not always linear my friend

Great relaxing video. I recently got into Lego through this Dune Sandworm diorama here in my profile picture. There’s something about following the directions, and clicking things together that I just find calming. I’m currently working on the Lego Dune Ornithopter. I found some Lego ASMR Ornithopter speed builds, and then your ASMR Lego videos popped up. Keep up the good work. 👍

I also pick at my skin around my nails when stressed. I used to bite my nails up to very recently but I’ve worked to not do that so I feel like the picking of my nail skin has gotten worse. 😅 another thing for me to work on haha. Anyway your fingers look fine. 🙌 also I couldn’t really hear the dog barking so I wouldn’t worry about it too much 🤗
