@knyte87063 жыл бұрын
Y’know, I might personally dislike The Last Jedi more than any other Star Wars film, but even I can’t deny that the AT-M6 was hands down one of the coolest things to come out of Star Wars. I’m still in awe at this absolute beast of a model, and I love how it happened to still be proportional to the normal AT-AT as the real ones were in the film. Incredible work!
@RebelBuilder3 жыл бұрын
Thank you! Yes I'm glad the scale mostly worked out with the AT-AT, they look pretty cool together.
@dinoboiis81472 жыл бұрын
I also unironically think that the AT-M6 is more uh… “practical”? Than the AT-AT, simply for the fact that it can just be used as artillery rather than a troop transport
@RebelBuilder2 жыл бұрын
Yep this one is essentially a giant tank
@dinoboiis81472 жыл бұрын

This thought came into my head when you focused on the legs, but it really applies to the whole thing: Lego's AT-AT is elegant, not particularly meant for combat, while your AT-M6 is brute forced together and a quite intimidating presence. Which lines up decently with how the walkers were in universe, AT-AT is literally just a transport for troops, says it in the name, while AT-M6 is built for that MegaCaliber-6 cannon so it has to be more rough and tumble, and more imposing. Both walkers have their perks and their drawbacks, but the differences in styles only help make the both of them more interesting. So GG RebelBuilder, you've done amazingly on this project and it's impossible to commend you enough.
@RebelBuilder3 жыл бұрын
Wow, thank you so much for the kind words! I'm a rebel alliance guy through and through, but I love the walkers. They each have their purpose. Yep the at-at is a troop transport, and the M6 I think of as a massive tank. All about that cannon.
