You can push the piece connected to the rubber band to make the jack hammer hand move out and in rapidly. So, when you push it out, it springs back. It’s pretty cool, actually.

If they wanted to make an infinity war hulkbuster with this level of detail, it would be pretty risky to do that since they would only have concept art for it. They can get a lot more details in

Well NOW that it's 2023, this issue of "they only have concept art to work with" is now nonexistent at this point. Even then... technically, the IW hulkbuster design in the concept art looks the same as the final CGI model. In fact, it's the design that didn't change between the piece of concept art/promo art and when ILM modelled it.
