The dreaded Mr. Freeze has broken out of Arkham Asylum once again, and is plotting a scheme, that involves (gasp) freezing stuff! The cops are too lazy to do anything about it, so it looks like it's up to Batman and his stupid sidekick Robin to save the world again!
