Actually, the AT-AT is not the most expensive LEGO set, the LEGO Pirates Imperial Flagship (10210) costs over $2000 because of inflation, although it might've gone down by now.

The original lego Imperial Star Destroyer is a tiny bit smaller than the UCS version, while the playset version of the ISD is smaller than both the UCS and the old ISD. Both of the old sets are not shown in the video. Also, there is two versions of the Millennium Falcon for the UCS, the new one and the original one which had less details but more practical build because of less custom pieces. Not only that, there is also the Millennium Falcon that was released like decades ago, which had much less details than the current sets. To be honest, the current UCS cockpit piece looks like it's based on the original Millennium Falcon set in my view. Also, the motorized Power Functions ATAT is about the same size as the playset version of the current ATAT. Also, there is the older version of the Republic Gunship which is based on the Clone Wars sets, which is also about the same size as the newer one. Considering how most of these sets are from the recent years, I guess I can't judge.
