Absolutely one of the coolest castle/town builds I've seen for the modularity/sublevel.

Wow, when he said modular he wasn’t kidding!

That's always been my dream as a role-player! I wish I had just nearly as much bricks to build such a stage...

The roofs that used the shield pieces looked great!

He borrowed the idea from the official lego blacksmith shop set.

This is the first time I've seen baseplate used on top of tile to create height and modularity without having to MILS plate everything. Much less parts intensive, and makes the build completely modular. It takes advantage of the fact that baseplates can't connect onto studs by setting them on tip of the tile. This gives me hope for a similar modular setup if I ever want to do it. FIrst time I've seen a 2x Blacksmith other than mine, which is a long building vs double-wide. I really want to take it to a convention now. It looks so good, with a second staircase along the back wall, on a single MILS plate by itself, ready to travel!

Love it! Superb idea and great implementation.. I’ve been thinking about a lego space battle board game, something like SW Armada and this is very inspiring!

I’m new to D&D (literally bought my starter & essentials kit today) Been looking around for everything I need to put a good realistic board together as myself and friends have come from the likes of Warhammer 40k & starwars legion. Lego just makes so much sense! D&D models don’t really scream at me as good buys and warhammer models come across as too epic to serve what I’m looking for. Lego in infinity, break it down and build it again. Does a dragon attack the town and the tavern gets partially ruined ? Lego can do that much faster and cheaper instead of scratch building things. Loving this!!

Loved this one! I didn't get to see it up close because the filming was going on while I was there, but fantastic to see it up close now! :D

Love the build but that Green roof reminds me of when I would copy off of someone else but to make no obvious I changed to minor details

They should sell this as a bunch of sets.

You should consider feeding some desperate people instead of buying four blacksmith sets 🤡
