Hey, I know i'm super late and all but if the ice cream truck doesn't show up, you need to build a super build ramp in paradise sands. It is located at 7:38 in the video. Hope this helps anyone in the future :)

I have an issue. The ice cream car does not show up. I collected everything in fresco even the special assignment 1,1 but nothing changed. I close the application shutdown the PS 4, then load back in the game fast travel to fresco, but nothing. The information panel on the map shows 6/7 car, and the collectebols screen 1/2 in race flag. Please help!

It’s tough but mostly luck. Just try jumping off the ramp at a slight angle. That helped me a lot. Good luck
