Put a lovely outdoor Cafe in that empty space next door to that gorgeous bakery. Then the customers will have some where nice to eat the goodies they buy from the bakry...Just an idea that popped into my head while watching this amazing video. By the way Im currently building The Child from The Mandalorian. Not a huge Star Wars Fan, but I think He's cute. Just got the head to finish & to build his fave toy (the gearknob). Not bad for a 54 y.o AFOL...huh!!!!!!

Honestly, you should make a custom parking garage between the Ghostbusters HQ and the Police Station. You could design so that cars enter the parking garage from one side and then cars can leave from the other side (so enter from the north street but exit on the south street). It’d also give you a spot to put some of the vehicles in your city, rather than just having to resort to the streets being crowded.

The Jazz Cafe looks great - can't wait to build it myself. Some good changes/plans there. Can't wait to see the Friends Apartment block build. Bakery looks good next to the costume shop. Everytime you do a city vlog I get tempted by the Spring Lantern Festival. May have to bite the bullet soon on that one!

The vidiyo minifig set has an ice cream person. If you could get that minifig you could use it as a mascot for the ice cream truck, also they have a warewolf that would go with the haunted house.

Wow in amongst building your larger projects you still find time to do other project MOC structures. You are a very busy builder. Unfortunately I think all your projects are going to catch up to you and you might have to make some sacrifices or change them from flat space to vertical space

I think the alternate builds have very similar Victorian looking window style. I would be concerned that they all have the same style unless you are looking to make a completely Victorian style housing across all the lego city.

By you haven few the rebrick builds in your Lego city make it diffrent than alotta peoples city that all got same set s. Only . this is why most moduler set. Maybe you could remove some display shelves and make Josée som building space down in the basement? Would be nice if she was treated like a full partner and some second rate junior partner that's banished to the upstairs. I think it'll be benifical going forward. 😊

She does have a space in the basement... But when working on something like a rebrickable model, which takes up a lot of space, it's easier to use a larger table to spread out. It's easier and she prefers it this way.
