LEGO CREATOR 3-1 PIRATE SHIP - IS IT WORTH IT?

Hey Everyone!
The LEGO 3-1 Creator Pirate Ship is one of the best looking pirate ships for the price and having the ability to be a 3-1 as well? That is just awesome! I cannot believe the build looks this good for a Creator 3-1.
Now lets be honest though - the minifigures are ok in this set, not great and there are too few of pirates with the set. For example, the only way to obtain pirate minifigures right now is through this set or spend $200 on Barracuda Bay! They should have included more minifigures, thats for sure!
Nonetheless, it is totally worth $100 in my opinion. Do you think otherwise? Let me know in the comments down below!

They have really improved things so much. It’s really crazy. I need to build that pirate ship again.

I think ship propotions are amazing. Better than most ships. More realistic. And we have no specialized pieces. Just regular bricks. Skull island is amazing and an inn is super interesting. We did not have a Pirate tavers before. Sails are something we are not used to but they are Brick built. Which is logical. More than cloth sails to be honest. And they will last longer. Got myself this set for birthday. Few more days and I will start building!

For a hundred bucks you'd think Lego could have given us 2 more figures and 2 more cannons. Still a great set.

I love this set, I do wish there was one more lego figure like a barmaid or a scallywag that would fit in with the 2 other builds for this 3 in 1

I agree. The set is underrated as hell! Later, in several years, another crowd of Lego fans will be complaining about lack of pirate sets! Grab it while it's available!

Agreed! and being able to switch it to two other builds on top of it if you want is awesome! I always see so many of them on the shelves and am shocked they arent picked up more!

I kinds like the set i just think that the lack of mini figs is too big and it looks a bit boring but i love the kind of skull cave build so yeah but great vid!!!

I agree - the minifigs are a big let down with the set - especially cause they only used red, blue and gray for them for the most part. I think I would have taken one of them and added like a pop of green or something - just my opinion. Thank you so much though for the compliment!

Great Question! I think both are priced perfectly for what you get. If I had $200 to spend on a Pirate I would 100% get Barracuda Bay - If I only had $100 to spend I would for sure get the creator one - either one is great!

As a big pirate fan I passed on this one. Already have a bunch of great Pirate and Imperial ships. This one doesn't do it for me.

I can totally see that, if you have other pirate sets, this one could be passed on. If you dont have any and are on a budget, not a bad pick up for those people - lacks minifigures though
