The one by the bat display won't count for me for some reason. I tried leaving the area to reload it, even tried quitting out and restarting my Xbox. It's literally the last thing I need for 100% completion. What do I do?

I have been watching all of your videos I am 1 bat away from being 100% and completing the game but I’m 9/10 for the bats and there’s one left I know where it is I got it down but I doesn’t do anything I don’t know what going on this game is broken I’m 1 BAT away from fully completing the game but it just won’t work when I take out the bat 2:57 I shoot it it disappears and doesn’t do anything

Im currently at 82,4% of game completion the only things i need are the challenged and then buying all the characters which i unlocked. Everysingle one exept i havent bought them yet.
