Spoiler alert: The man with the magician hat was the actual Mr. Brickman Boss, and the old Raimo man was an escaped Convict form a mental asylum. He had killed an old factory boss, and took his clothes, so the new Boss was hired. The new boss got locked in a room connecting to the roof and that's when he went on top to discover the mess. Meanwhile, The fake boss sabotaged the machines to go faulty and killed workers. He had planned this whole time to KILL the workplace safety inspectors.
