Such a nice build with so many interesting building techniques! Friends sets are very underestimated. (i believe it's due to their very bright colors and color combinations) Anyway, it's a delight to watch your videos!

interesting, the hinges for the roof are new - wonder, if those will fully replace the traditional hinge brick 3937, which I see as one of the most fragile pieces still in production.

Because the first one was 4+, they had made a 4+ Stephanie house after she had already gotten a full-sized one, if lego can do that can they not do the reverse?

While I don’t WANT to pay 100$, I don’t think this set is overpriced, two very detailed and substantial builds plus 6 figures, lotta play/display Value!, though like I said, I’d rather pay something like 80-90$
