There is a nice bit of genius of having something that explodes be disguised in something flamable that explodes for the ship to avoid detection or accidents when undercover. With the Bond type themes, setting up a scene on this boat of a secret agent confrontation could be good. Or maybe just one sneaking around avoiding guards or sneaking on from the water. The sound brick has some nice textures that could be built into a more mechanical part of the wheelhouse.

Absolutely brilliant Robin! What a great idea to make a disguised tanker into a ICBM carrier. You definitely got to put a few Dr. Inferno stickers on it like Specte would of had their logos on their ships. Now you have to get that 007 Aston Martin speed champions car. So you can have Bond sneaking on board with a gun in his hand and don't forget the henchmen. I can't wait to see part 2 of this. Great job my friend.

This is such a cool & innovative build! Hoping to see the wheelhouse have several interior scenes, including one in the below-deck space. I see you connected the tread plates of the walkway directly to the top of the LNG tanks. Looking at pictures of LNG ships, you see circular structures on top of the tanks, and a bit of superstructure beneath the walkways . If you have 2x2 circular plates for the top of the tanks, you could then put a 2x4 grey plate across the top of those to give a stronger connection to the walkway plates. A good opportunity to increase both realism & brick stability, imo. Cheers!

Sometimes I try to make the builds simple, haha. The wheelhouse lower will be basic and the upper is very small. Still some fun scenes are possible!

A fun scene to add to this carrier would be to potentially have one of the missile silos open with a minifigure that didn't make it off in time, hanging onto the railings for dear life suspended above the water.

One of the silo domes should open in the other direction to counter-balance the ship when both are open at the same time. And it would look cooler that way. Also, you should make a third rocket, or just make a bit of a body of one of the two so it looks like one is being launched.

A potential way to make the walkway more secure would be to elevate it a bit: connect each of the quarters of walkway together using 2x4 plates, place a 2x2 round plate underneath as the attachment point to the large containers and using a technic axle to connect it through the round plate.

Looks great! Might be harder to see, but if you want to go for 'proper' colors on the lights the masthead one should be white (or clear in LEGO). It's an awesome build, particularly love the missile hatches and the way you did the railing. Reminds me a bit of a (non-LEGO) ship from a story I've been working on, though she's a geared bulk carrier with her center hold converted to have the VLS launch cells from a missile frigate. Bit different purpose as well, the ship of my work is a 'Q-Ship' designed to hunt criminals by appearing innocent, not be a vehicle of world domination.

Great work - nice part and sound brick usage. This is classic RHB, adapting Lego pieces to far better use than Lego ever imagined. However, I do have one concern. We long know how the Super Secret Police have far too much technology and equipment, and are utterly over the top and incompetent. With this level of danger appearing from Dr Inferno, doesn’t this somehow justify even more over-the-top equipment and spending for the SSP?
@RobinHoodBricks

I can emadgen the fun you have. Man online searching for part s it's fun ain't it I love looking for mini fig Serie I need and only by at best low price I can find them at as some saleing each mini fig at a high arfter sale s price but it help s give me thort s on how much to sale Anny my dubble s for . I had to order parts for Ninjago city build but had to go thru 4 diffrent saler s for all the parts and had to go thru the parts list. Was crazy all cas I started building and up to steeps 189 so at same time I had to try find parts I need for the next steeps I up to buy scanning thru the instruction s online on my phone wilst my house mate help find the parts on his lab top. Was eppic and confusing .at same time ...plus me ..trying to bag extra parts outta my extra part and as each page has all diffrent colour part. I was going thru like 8 pages of thousands of parts at one was doing my head in. So I had to cut up the parts sheets and put all the red part from parts sheet all together. Black Blue s Gray orindge yellow orindge and have one big bag s for each colour parts ..yer it sounds crazy. But that was best way to sort out all the part then as I need part s say red for any part of the build I can just pull out the bag of red part. Or black orindge yellow blue s purple Gray s for when I need them .😊👍.

I would love to see a minifig riding one of the missiles akin to Major Kong riding the nuclear bomb, but I struggle to imagine how it would attach to the rockets... ...maybe someone holding a cowboy hat is underneath one of the LNG tank facades, getting ready to climb onto one of the missiles, planning to reenact that very scene?
