There is a glitch with the ravenclaw crest that it sometimes doesn't appear in the right place. Go back to the scabbers tunnel and it's in the ceiling. Stand on the three luggage boxes and jump to get it

@@RealRoboKnight it's little tubes dotted around, you have to play as Ron and use the green move I think it is which summons scabbers the rat. He can run through the tunnels. You can also use crookshanks with hermione

I'm having that issue, I've played thru 3 times and watched 3 different vids on it and 1 crest missing at the end leaving me wondering if I can platinum?, and yep it was by scabbers tunnel didn't even need to finish the level, thanks....

I am not getting the slytherin one... I only get blue coin after opening all the 5 boxes... which is weird because that looks like I already got it, while I haven't. Okay I found it, it's soo weird it's suddenly near the place near the animal tunnel thing.

You already collected in story play so you can't get it again in free play
