Ich hatte meine Lego Hidden Side Sets bereit am ersten Juli im Lego Store vorbestellt und wisst ihr was? Lego hat es nicht nur nicht hinbekommen, die Sets so zu versenden, dass sie am Releasetag bei mir eintreffen, nein, Lego hat es auch nicht geschafft die Ware überhaupt zu versenden. Komisch, denn alle anderen Händler haben die Sets bereits sei einer Woche. Eine Stornierung ist trotzdem nicht möglich weil sich die Bestellung in Bearbeitung befindet. Ein Unding, dass ich dafür bestraft werde, direkt bei Lego bestellt zu haben, das Unternehmen, dass nicht nur den Vertrieb unternimmt, sondern auch die Produktion. Ich verstehe es einfach nicht! Was läuft gerade schief bei Lego. Auf meine eMail erhalte ich nie eine Antwort, meine Katalogbestellung wird gar nicht erst bearbeitet. Selbst eine gekochte Kartoffel ist kompetenter als diese dänischen Spezialisten. Für mich ist klar, Lego ist dermaßen arrogant geworden, dass denen vollkommen egal ist, wie sich Kunden und Händler fühlen, genau das, was auch der Held der Steine gesagt hat. Ich bin tief enttäuscht, weil ich meine Sets immer noch nicht habe. #fucklego

Auch wenn ich jetzt mit meinen knapp 50 Jahren nicht unbedingt die "Zielgruppe" der Hidden Side Reihe bin, so finde ich sie wirklich klasse und Interessant. Sie hat einen enorm hohen Spielwert. und finde ich persönlich auch um ein vielfaches origineller als zb. Ninjago. Muss glatt mal abchecken, was mein Großneffe davon hält. :D (Bauen muss ich es ja immer... haha... also vollkommen "uneigennützig" :D )
