For my white dress Marion figure, I gave her Dorothy Gale's arms from the Lego Movie 2 minifigure set, and it helps match the movie more since her dress had sleeves. Also if you don't mind losing a bit of posability, you could give her Princess Leia's skirt piece for the pre-torn dress.

For Major Toht you can use: Black legs Maxwell Lord’s torsro Penguin’s (The Lego Batman Movie) arms A black cape (because he in the majority of the film uses his coat on his shoulders) George Costanza’s head A black fedora hat A black revolver and the nunchucks/hanger for accessories And for a Colonel Dietrich figure: Black and beige legs Russian soldier torso (green) Black hands Sandman’s (2015) head Russian soldier hat (green)
