@dino13 speedruns ☛ sorry to bother you again, but one more question: could you please tell me your in the savestate displayed in-game-time or - if file already deleted again - show it after your next runs(s)? of course i cant compare myself to you, the legodino-god, but i'd like to have a small reference...i dont do »speed runs« in a classical way, but still want to beat it as quickly as possible 100% and find my way through it...i dont use live split or pc at all (game on good old ps3)...

i got the game to my bday in october and my initial first run/playthrough was at 25 hours...after that i did my real first fast play (after i knew, where everything is etc...i even found your on the speedrun page mentioned player switch glitch for the 3 egg red bricks by my own haha) in about 14 hours...now in my third attempt was around 7 hours in multiple sessions and it was nearly perfect/mostly clean...

@@TheJayKayA I have no idea; there is no ingame timer on pc where I play (at least that I know of). Even if you are on ps3, you can still get splits, though, from many different online timers or you could just use a timer on google or something and then pause it if you need a break.

@dino13 speedruns : whats the magic behind all those vertical sync abuse? :D and what did go wrong in the bird cage (before 2:43:00) so you had to reset?

The v-sync launches are like normal launches (you pause at a certain spot in a roll on certain surfaces then get launched up when you unpause), but you turn off v-sync during the pause, giving more height. Idk what caused the soft lock in The Bird Cage (it happens pretty often for me and just traps me watching the first frame of the cutscene) or the crash in The Landing Site 2.
