Yeah lego games sometimes has specific bugs that cant allow you to continue, if you are using steam you can search in the forums for solutions.

You can find it by punchinh the pushcarts, a rat will come out, (just punch every pushcart you see)after you get 2 rats done, do the task where you put the raptor inside the dark room, then you will see Fossil A lying on the ground (this might help newbies)
