Lego Justice League Aftermath (Episode 1)

This is a project I have spent a little over a year working on and now after nearly 10 thousand pictures it is finished. I hope you enjoy. Thank you to all the voice actors who lent their talent to the video and thank you to Grasso Guy for allowing me to help with the expansion of his series. After discussing and working on this project for so long together, it's almost surreal to be watching it in its completed glory. Definitely, this was worth the wait and all of your effort! Having seen the footage before the scenes got combined, you already know a lot of my thoughts, but those have all amplified with the applied finishing touches of music and your editing! Truly, this was an enjoyable watch!

Jesus christ! This film is amazing! The animation isn’t the best, but I’ll be dammed if the story isn’t. I love the story for this film so much, and the fact that it’s 45 minutes makes it even more impressive! This is one of my favorite Brickfilms of this universe and even of all time! I really can’t wait for future installments!!

Hahahaha thanks man, and yeah the animation is a problem but unfortunately I'm working with some pretty oooooold editing software; Microsoft Movie Maker. But where the animation fails I will always try my best to keep the writing at it's best.

Wow, just wow... This was amazing! It's great to see that the actions in the previous installments of this universe have lasting consequences! The character work was exceptional! The animation was good as well, particularly in the fight scenes. It's interesting where the future of all these characters will go!

Oh thank you so much dude, I was hoping someone would talk a little bit more about the animation rather than just "the animation wasn't that good" but yeah the fight scenes were always fun to film and the character work was definitely my favorite part. It's difficult giving each character a different viewpoint or arc while also connecting everyone into one story.

Wow, that guy that voiced The Atom was really good, I wonder if there's any way I can contact that amazing actor. Good job man, I feel bad that I wasn't able to get you those other lines in time. If you ever need me to voice in any other projects please let me know :)

Hahaha you did a great job as The Atom. As for the other scene it's cool, don't worry about it, I actually ended up moving that scene into the sequel cause I felt it worked better there. And trust me I have a toooooooone of projects coming up that I'll be needing your voice for!

This is great. Honestly, I loved it. The walking sound effect still sounds a little low quality, and I love how Aurthor is greiving over his wife and his home (which I thought would have been glossed over) My favorite part was the conversation between Hal and Sinestro. Sinestro is everything Hal is if he gives in to his fear, and he is confronted with the side of him that wants to be like Sinestro. I think the idea of the ring only went to Hal because he was 'closer' is pretty dumb, but I can get behind it. I think maybe the person (Who I am hoping is John Stewart) has had a bit of a bad background (nothing too bad, maybe being a vandal or a shoplifter), which is why it went to Hal first, and he needs to redeem himself to be fully worthy of the Green Lantern ring, or Hal sees the good side of him and tries to convince the Guardians he is good. The animation was ok, I see small improvement, but i'm sure you will get better. I was expecting a Flash scene, but I wasn't too bothered it wasn't here, and OH MY GOD THE QUESTION IS HERE? I haven't really seen the Question in any popular stop motion, and when I saw him in the thumbnail I started crying tears of joy. Overall I would give this a 7/10.

I tried my best with the animation, I don't have a great camera or editing software but y'know it's an evolving process. I'm glad you liked the Question's involvement. He's one of my favorite superheroes and I've been spending so much time trying to perfect his portion of the story. I also loved how the conversation between Hal and Sinestro turned out. One of the best friendship's in comics in my opinion. As for the ring going to Hal because he was closer, I understand it sounds like a dumb throwaway line and you could say it is but I remembered when Abin Sur was dying after his crash and sent the ring off to find Hal, he told the ring to be quick. So it's meant to play into Hal's fears that he was only chosen by the ring because of an urgent situation not because he was legitimately the best choice, and that he might not have the ability to protect his planet alone while also dealing with the fact that he needs to protect a sector. The Guardians ask him why he's limiting himself and he avoids the question, Sinestro asks him what he fears and he dodges it by accusing him of trickery but what Hal fears and the reason Hal limits himself is because he doesn't know if he really is meant to be the Green Lantern. As for the next Green Lantern that you're thinking of, his name is John Stewart and I don't want to spoil whether he'll be around next or not. Oh and the Flash wasn't in this mainly because I couldn't get the figure I needed.
