Ok, so I had a little difficultly putting this together and I just wanted to say some things to help anyone who doesn't completely understand what to do, and I know this is long just stay with me. 1. No, the stock IS NOT required for the gun to function, but you still need something at the end to keep it from bending apart. 2. Just something to know if you don't have that many plates, you can make a plate (for the grip) that is that size and it should work (I have a 6x10 with a 6x2) 3. The body (walls) of the gun do not need to use those exact pieces, it will work as long as there are holes on yours where there are holes on Snyzer_tech's. 4. If you want to, this gun is really (kind of) easy to modify! I made a more ergonomic grip and added smooth plates to the top and covered all the things that could be covered. 5. (this is more of a users tip than a builders tip), if you are pulling back the primer thing (all the way), and it automatically goes back to the front of the gun, the guns is jammed. It won't break or anything if you try to pull the trigger it just won't do do anything. What you do to "clear" the jam is just remove the magazine, tilt the front of the gun up, (an ammo brick should fall out), then just put the magazine back in! 6. And finally, if you load all 20 bricks in the magazine, the piece that holds them in will bend ever so slightly back making it really hard to put the magazine in. I hope this helps with building! This is such a cool gun and I love playing with it!! 😃😃😃

Took me a couple hours but DEFINITELY worth it. I actually had the right parts to put this thing together and it works great. The instructions were a little unclear at times, but I was able to build the gun anyway. Keep up the great work!

Update: I have been using this for a few days now. The rubber bands kept breaking in the gun but I found some that seem to hold strong. Also I added some transparent 2x1 bricks to replace some of the side paneling so now you can see how the gun works without taking it apart.
