The only “classic” Electro is the female one from the 4+ sets. This set we’re basically paying for dinosaurs with new molds and prints. Still way overpriced… At least we got Anti-venom coming out tomorrow lol.

There actually is a female Trapster in the comics but spelled as Trapstr and is a part of Beetle's syndicate which is where most of the gender swaps are from

so about the trappster fig. I don't watch this show but I've heard about it from other spider-man fans who have young siblings, cousins, or kids and for some reason majority of the Villans on the show are gender-swapped to be female which I don't mind but they do it with every single villain which is just strange but you know what, it's a new take on the characters and that's fine with me

Lego currently have a selection of sets that are clearly overpriced (over prices are between £10 and £20 ) from DC, Marvel and Star Wars sets, (This is one of them) If you disagree and feel the set is too much I'd recommend contacting Lego Customer Services in your country and raising it as a complaint (I did and was able to get £25 worth of insider points) It's not much but hopefully the more people complain (especially promoters of Lego) the more awareness it will raise. It's not inflation and not the license fee that's causing the increase, it's Greed, trying to make sets exclusive to those who can afford it.

Tax because the pieces are bigger and all prints. On the other hand, licensed sets always seem to never come with enough pieces. Tbh this set is also a little too baby even for a 4 year old, I know by the time I was 4 I did not put things in my mouth and choke on them. By the time you're 5 only the dinos and minifigs seem attractive. I can only get behind these sets as a concept for kids who don't pick up their toys so this is easier for mom or dad to clean up. lol

Most 4 year olds are not going to know the difference between a “good” or “bad” set, however this is overpriced for that reason. It’s more about access than KFOL/TFOL level complexity. If it says 4 or under, it should be an entry level set with simple builds and lower entry price to introduce more little children to LEGO not just the rich kids.
