Us truckers call the vertical cylenders on the side of the engine hood "air cleaners". These are about the size diameter as "lubrifiners" which are filled with oil. This is a very nice build. Good job.

Yeah, the round barrels on the sides of the engine are called Oil Bath Air Cleaners for the engine. The truck looks amazing! Great job!
