Actually the modern British accent wasn’t created until the 1800’s by upperclass citizens, so that part is actually historically accurate. Americans didn’t lose an accent, the British made a new one.

The British never spoke like that, I think those soldiers have American voices because the creator is American. The British accent has loads of versions but we never spoke like that

Confused Boi the American accent started between the 1750’s and 1760’s. the British accent depends on where you are in Britain, In South England People are posh where as if your In middle or north England your not so posh. The British never spoke like Americans. Our accents have been the same for thousands of years

Great stop motion, however I don’t like how the pirate somehow managed to dodge a blunderbuss in the first, but when the Brit appeared, he had no way to dodge for some reason. Other thing is how they never reloaded anything whilst departing. Everything else is fine though.
