Yeah, Kolar and Tiin didn't have as much experience in dueling than Fisto did. But Fisto had never fought a Sith Lord before. Hence why, despite having experience in dueling, he fell to Palpatine's blade. Still gotta give the Nautolan props for managing to survive longer than the others.

Give this man credit, it’s hard to animate a lightsaber battle, let alone 4 characters moving at once. He’s even got a light for the lightsabers colliding, and the part where Palpatine jumps at 1:22 is so clean. Also the glass shattering is really well done.

I feel like that's the point. Anakin knew he was wrong to kill Dooku as soon as he did it. And then to watch the Master of the Jedi Order go in to execute the head of the government on his own, on just the suspicion that he's the Dark Lord of the Sith, Anakin saw that the Jedi and Sith are two sides of the same Force. And Palpatine offered him what he wanted. Anakin fell to the temptation as soon as he realized how irrelevant the dark-light dichotomy is.
