the reason why the color isn't bleeding through on kt is because its multi layered printing. printing the same print on top of each other multiple times increases the opacity. this isnt anything new. they've been doing it for Minecraft sense 2014 on almost anything with a dark brick, they have also been doing it with star wars for quite some time now with darth maul's face.

I got this set to build with my wife and we both liked it but the dropship does look way to chunky compared to the 2019 version. Everything you said about how it looks like the front half to something is the exact thing I said to my wife about it

I modified my dropship to seat four figures in the back, this included extending that backs stub a bit. It looks a lot better that way imo

I got this set yesterday and was genuinely taken back by how cool the rebel speeder was for a battle pack. Like genuinely if they released it on its own I think it would’ve easily been a top ten battlepack. Unfortunately, the imperial drop ship just looks… not good to me. I think its the fact that the bottom is very square, which just makes it seem incomplete to me. Also we should’ve absolutely gotten a shadow trooper in this set, I’m okay with only 3 rebels because we have the QT figure, but there should have absolutely been a shadow trooper included

for $40 it should of definitely came with an extra rebel trooper and shadow trooper. thats the price of two battle packs. although I would of liked to see instead of a fourth rebel trooper it be rebel friend instead.

It's always nice to get a new astromech, but it's frustrating that this astromech isn't R2-KT. With full context, this particular droid has no good reason to exist. The TCW episode it's in changed the droid's identity because apparently kids can't handle two different R2s in the same room, and designated the droid as Aayla Secura's, even though she already had an astromech assigned to her, R4-G9, the bronze astromech loaned to Obi-wan in RotS.

Where did you get the stand for the imperial drop ship? I want one! Also, I added my own shadow trooper in the cockpit and modified the storm trooper seating location to include one extra seat. Thankfully, only needed a 2 by 4 black piece that was included for the set for connecting the anniversary figures.

QT-KT IS NOT R2-KT!!! R2-KT is the droid with the story behind it. QT-KT is just Aayla Secura's Astromech Droid who was inspired by R2-KT. It also sucks that LEGO put in QT-KT over the beloved R2-KT.

The prior iteration of the stormtroopers were easily my favourite. Real slick design, great aesthetic. The newer ones give off ogre vibes, just looks off. Been a turn off for most sets that have stormtroopers in them nowadays, which is a shame ay.

I saw this set leak out a few months ago, and i've been excited for it ever since, i got the original 2 2007 battle packs in late 2008/ early 2009 and i love them, i love the story of QT-KT and i love the nostlgia we got in this years sets, also the army building element is a MUST-HAVE for me! cant wait to get one for myself! p.s. great video, well done, keep up the good work!

the pink still bleeds through the white, its not as noticeable because red bleeds through more, and there isnt a regular white right next to it which would showcase the difference compared to the clone trooper

Please Lego replace the stormtrooper helmet in 2024. It is time, you have made your money from the mould. Now please go pack to the Rogue One helmet and print or make a new and better mould. The 2019 onwards helmet is the third worst looking Stormtrooper helmet in the 25 years of Lego Star Wars.

501 Legion set 75280 was better current batllepack 75372 is better and cheaper I dont get why they were saving on a 4th fig for both factions, but then again its lego we are talking about. The Astromech is good. You mentioned the point of Fox bleedthrough and this astromech doesnt have this issue. If its cheaper, its good. Otherwise nah, I dont like the Stromtrooper helmet. 40 is too much as you said. 35, or 30 would be fine.

1:46 im sorry if you didn't know that, and i'm tired of everyone saying they're "oversized" becuse they're actually acurate, stormtrooper helmets do look goofy and oversized in (live action at least) star wars media, the only slightly inacurate part is that the "moutch" is supposed to be a bit lower.

Many battle packs from the past decade are just called “_____ troopers.” There’s a build with multiple of the same/similar figures associated with a vehicle. This one just has two. And they’re also both remakes of 2008 battle packs. This is sort of a “mega” battle pack, but I get why it’s seen as a standard set too.
