I guess it kind of _doesn't_ matter that the games don't really change that much, TBH. I mean, the audience for these games grows out of them relatively quickly and they seem entertained enough by the games during their time with them. Heck, there's not even much risk of the formula growing stale enough for kids that a change is really needed (I watched enough DBZ as a kid to know that that part's true and least :P). That said, the price of things like the 'Lego Dimensions packs' is just atrocious. I did the math a while back in response to a video on this channel and it worked out to be over $1000 US IIRC. It's absurd, and you just know that kids will want them all.

number one reason why I don't buy/play Lego video games (drumroll) Because they're for kids!! Seriously though, they are, I played a demo for one a year ago and had no desire to play the actual game.
