I've only completed episode 1 thus far but I don't even feel like I've even "played" anything yet, the only redeeming factor so far is the hub worlds, the actual levels seem pretty much nonexistent.

@@NickBFTD yeah I was confused when the true jedi stuff only came up during the fish chase and then that mission ended in 3 minutes. That and I felt so much dialog was cut like they were rushing it when it really could have padded out the nothingness in the world

I don't think there were much accurate movie cutscenes in the Complete Saga. There was that was scene in A New Hope where Darth Vader puts his hands on his hips. In the Complete Saga, Darth Vader does it like if it was a comedy which it is in the Complete Saga.

SS has an incredible open world with better game design as you can grind new abilities from early on and use any character at many points during the stories The missions also connect with each other, flowing better and telling a coherent story CS has better and lengthier missions, the missions were huge, it would take 20-25 mins per mission while SS takes 5 min tops per mission and most of them are just fighting a boss or piloting a vehicle

As much as I like the voice acting, there's something special about the lack of speaking in the older LEGO games. I don't know how to explain it, it just made them have this very distinct feel to them.

This doesn't compare GamePlay. The main difference is: New Game - open world and look for puzzles and stuff to do yourself. Old Game - linear and have to go through puzzles and enemies to progress

Love Lego Star Wars The Complete Saga from a nostalgia standpoint but Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga is on another level in terms of graphics, gameplay, character roster and everything else, the levels are a draw back but the game makes up for it with awesome hub worlds. 👍🏻

I can clearly see you're gen Z and never played the og It ain't just voice acting, THE WHOLE GAME is different from the ground up Gameplay had a fixed camera as opposed to an over the shoulder one Rudimentary shooting mechanics and combos All the levels were completely different, they were much lengthier and more elaborate with multiple puzzles There was no open world, you had a hub you would go back to in between missions but thats it Characters looked and played much differently The original one didn't have all the events that happened in the movie, some key bits were missing such as the yoda/palpatine fight in ep 3 These are just a few examplea
