Duplo are lighter than the equivalent volume of regular bricks too, so he's reducing the overall weight of the build.

He'd def love that book and then he'd actually be able to know their names, making this more impressive. The way it is right now, there's a disconnect between physical effort and what could be full commitment to honoring the franchise by learning some very well-known names. Right now you're gonna have millions of Mario fans saying "uh, acktually" at you and I'm sorry but they deserve it, lol Good work tho

Thats awesome! i have an idea the guy that made it could make boss fights like airships and the castle with bowsers shell moving in and out side to side the bowser would pull into the ground then there would be an indentical platform woch would have the shell and would switch every 10 seconds

I spent a few months on the design concepts, and mocking up each of the mechanisms, then documenting it all in Studio. A few months to order and inventory all the pieces and finally 2 months of assembly. It WAS a lot of time, but such a great, fun project.
