I think it is mainly for little kids, so the instructions can't be too unclear. You start by turning Mario on, and make him use the pipe. Then you play with him for a bit, touching all the different zones. Towards the end you can listen to music, and when Mario is ready to finish, you take off his trousers and he can grab onto and slide down the pole.

Ah man, this takes me back to this Christmas when I had to assemble this for my nephew. Needed to download an app of 1Gb to get instructions on how to build Bowser Jr., but the app wouldn’t let me view those instructions until I had viewed a bunch of other instructions and had built and completed a course. There was lots of yelling at an iPad that day, which is what the Christmas spirit is all about, I’d say.
